INTENT INTERFACE

The unit of work is intent, not operation.

The top layer is where humans meet the Noeton. There is no desktop, no file manager, no shortcuts to memorize — you express an intent against context, in language, voice, gesture, or imagery, and L5 resolves it into a plan for the Model-OS to schedule and execute.

The intent interface is not a smarter voice assistant; it is a change of interaction paradigm — from humans compiling intent into operation sequences, to machines compiling intent into execution plans. Plans stay visible and editable throughout, and irreversible actions return to the human for confirmation. The handover of control is graded and configurable: that is L5's safety floor.
